With Sydney's weather heating up and summer just around the corner, you can't blame us for getting a bit excited on the sunglasses front of late.
These frames from Karen Walker are what every good shade should be. Big enough to hide tired eyes, classic enough to suit any outfit and strong enough to survive a hot afternoon on the Pimms.
Koobniks
Koobniks sound like a playground disease, but if you have a white iBook or MacBook you'll know that even Martha Stewart couldn't keep the front panel clean. The throw-rug of the Mac world, Koobniks don't scrub your computer but they do effectively mask grubby fingerprints.
Currently there's six graphic prints available and at US$25 including postage - we may be overpaying but at least people won't know that we sweat when we type.

Pick your way through the bars, bistros and bordellos of The Cross to discover this little gem of a dress-up den. Find De Coco's Collectables in the 125-year-old building that houses Sydney establishment Baron's (yes, we think you know it), this nook is the perfect place to find 50's, 60's and 70's originals.
Gifted
Once again we are forced to let go of something that, for a short sweet interval, had a whole lot of potential. Gifted: Sydney's indiest indie record store aint indie enough to go it alone. The kids at Gifted needed our support and we let them down. Now it's time to pay up. Well, 20% to 50% off what we should have paid up in the first place.

TwoThousand is regularly alarmed by collaborations between clothing companies and...well...anyone. Delta Goodrem and Anabella, Christy Turlington and Puma, Anna Nicole Smith and Von Dutch.
This is why we breathed a sigh of relief with the latest apparel collaboration between Levis and Australian designers Lover.

TwoThousand blames Crown Street "designer/photographer/DJj/t-shirt makers" for the fact that it is impossible to find a plain anything anywhere in Sydney. Through soiling otherwise wearable shirts with third-rate prints of turntables or Nico from the Velvet Underground, Crown Street clones have foisted their unsavory tastes on the rest of us, while secretly funneling their profits into fourth-rate Chloe Sevigny movies.
