You can! Fuel Bakery supplies bread to Sydney high-rollers like Astral, Foveaux, Assiette, Fratelli Fresh, and Bills. But you can buy straight from the source if you know the drill.
Ring the doorbell and walk in. If the door is locked, today's bread ain't ready yet. Walk up some steps, there'll be these dudes baking - just act cool and say "hey". Tell ‘em you want some bread and pick it off the racks. If it's needed for an order they'll tell you "no" and if you want, they'll slice it.
We recommend the olive & rosemary, fruit loaf, or sourdough rye. But really, they're all awesome. Just don't tell ‘em who told you, a'ight?
