Mad Mex is kind of like a middle child. We love him just as much as every other Mexican restaurant we've featured, but somehow we forgot to include him. Which is ridiculous when you consider how great he is.
Conveniently sitting across from Gaslight, this three-step eatery renews our faith in fast food, because well, it's real food. While we're sure you've already got your order down pat, we're going to give you a tip anyway. 1. Naked burrito, 2. Pollo filling, 3. Picante and guacamole topping. 4. Drool.
