2. Goat masala: as if eating the mystical, horned oracle of the nature world isn't enough, while tenderly tucking into the dark, buttery meat and ochre sauce we could almost hear the bleat of the sacred animal blessing us from oblivion. This is love at first bite.
3. Lamb vindaloo: vinegar marinated lamb cubes in hot spicy gravy finished with coconut milk that gives a lick of sweetness at the end.
