See, Maise has been lovingly created by ex-TopShop designer and Sydney chick Claire Greaves. Here's why that's a good thing. Firstly, she has a great design pedigree (come on, love it or hate it, TopShop rules the UK High Street). Secondly, she's a local, so she totally gets our love affair with denim. And thirdly, she's aware of the fact that not everyone wants to dress as though they were attacked by a hyperactive child with a pencil case full of highlighter pens and a Stanley Knife.
The Maise 2007 range has a sexy, sophisticated and stylish aesthetic that suits Sydney's summer to a tee, oozing confidence with its perfect blend of modern takes on old vintage favourites in washed out blues, grey and indigo. And that can only be a good, good thing.
