In 2006, The Rolling Stones were filmed at the Beacon Theatre in New York City by Martin Scorsese. It's a 'rockumentry'; real-life, raw footage of one of the best bands to ever rattle your bones. Before the screening, Sydney rock outfit Astreetlightsong will be performing live. Come early to catch the band and get your hands on some free stuff.

First come the beers...then, funnily enough, ideas seem to flow effortlessly...this is the concept of design-based forum Beers‘n'Ideas. If you turn up to a rooftop location in inner city Sydney you get to participate in this monthly flurry of ale and thoughts on design. The deal is sweetened for those turning up this month, with a subscription to design mag POLOxygen, a chance to chat with Nicholls from Format Furniture and a mystery guest presenter.

WeBuyYourKids sound like some kind of porn ring, or perhaps a foster agency specialising in children from Malawi. But they ain't. They are Sonny and Biddy, and they draw things for a living.
They draw things like tour and theatre posters for bands such as Blonde Redhead, CSS and The Drones. The also make things like animated film clips, hand-carved typography and are a dab hand at illustration.

Beer. Liquid Gold. If anyone ever told you that nothing good ever came of buying beer, you can now stick it to ‘em. Some alcoholic genius at Crumpler gave birth to an equally genius concept - Beer for Bags.
NO, that doesn't mean Crumpler are going to provide you with enough beer to make even the
ugliest of old bags attractive - rather the charitable cats are giving you a bag of yoru choice for beer.
