There is a lot on offer for those with a sweet tooth already down Chinatown way. Bubble tea, hot custard balls, red bean everything, pancakes and ice cream. LNC have put all the sweet stuff under the same roof, splashed the walls with bright stripes and decked out the staff in uniforms that make them resemble the store's cartoon mascot.
After being greeted at the counter by surely the cutest of all deities, Ganesh the Hindu elephant god of arts and sciences, this is the place to try some of the tastiest and most authentic Indian food in Sydney. The menu is all vegetarian but the complexity and variety of flavours ensures that no matter what you order, it's all great.
The lino floors can only add to the ambience of this little Indian restaurant in Cleveland Street, Surry Hills, which specialises in sweets and meals the size of your head.
For 12 bucks, you get a mixed plate with two curries, dahl, naan, yoghurty dipping sauce (useful for when your mouth is on fire) and other nice but unpronounceable food-stuffs.
