We love a young gallery that takes initiative with interactive competitions. You also get that bonus heart-warming glow when the proceeds are fundraising further goodness within the gallery, instead of the sweaty back pocket of some deal-driving art buyer. So, what's in it for you? Well, you can share that piece of genius you created with a sharpie and an A3 piece of parchment one rainy Sunday afternoon, and if you're good enough, you can land yourself a free show in the gallery come 2009.

OK, what you do is bring as much booze as you can carry - we recommend hijacking a supermarket trolly, but please return it (after you've used it to get home). You're also allowed to graffiti the walls, and invite heaps of people (without any 'Naughty Corey' consequences).

Unless you plan on being a moocher or emulating the Dire Straits classic, you can't get something for nothing. Not exactly playing the charity card, organisers are putting on a fundraiser this Saturday night, where you get to listen to the 32 odd DJs there for the money it would take to get a medium pizza and a coke.
