There's a lot more than metal at this year's PROFILE, the biennial award exhibition of selected works from members of the NSW Jewellers and Metalsmiths Group of Australia - on show until this weekend at the lovely HORUS & DELORIS gallery.

Once, when we were but young striplings, full of big ideas and insatiable lusts for seafood indulgences, we happened upon a tiny provincial backwater called the Sydney Fish Market.
When there, amongst the stalls hosting armadas of freshly slain crustacheai, we were privy to a battle of epic proportions.
The Point Hotel
For all those nights you can't decide what to eat, you know you don't want to spend too much, you know you want pub food but you also know you don't want grease dripping from your parma - look no further than the Point Hotel.
It's a fine line to balance counter meal meets bistro style food - but the Point does it like a professional tightrope artist at expected reasonable prices.
