Promoting emerging fashion designers and helping established ones keep up appearances must be hard work. But locally run 'thewhitebook' isn't even breaking a fashionable sweat as they move onto bigger and better things - their first exhibition. Expect to see newcomers such as Charmaine Baltis, Smena, Mwasi Kitoko, Ghost & Lola and Alexi Freeman show the goods. So while RAFW is raging on the other end of town you can step back from the madness and see the kids that will be down at Circular Quay in years to come. Nice. - KB
