With these chaps, it's all about getting involved; in 2006 the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) paced the pathways of Omnibus Lane (en route to the Powerhouse Museum) to catch punters offguard with their graphic antics. Cue (among other shenanigans), a pedestrian crossing with exclamation marks declaring ‘Design saves lives!'. It's their latest daring demonstrations drawing attention to graphic design's designs on society. - ST
