VICE and I have reached a point in our relationship where I pretty much flip half-heartedly through the DOs and DON'Ts, then roll over and go to sleep. The thrill has gone. So you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to find myself completely absorbed in their latest fiction issue.

Highlights include an interview with "literary bodysnatcher" Lee Israel, and a few words of wisdom from Max Brooks, the latest member of the zombie cognoscenti.
