I was in Melbourne recently with work and stayed in a great hotel. Admittedly the interiors bordered on the distasteful end of that modern minimalist design rubbish, but my girlfriend at the time and I enjoyed it all the same. They had an amazing lap pool with a glass bottom that jutted out over the edge of the rooftop, the sinks and bath were all stainless steel. There was a good mini bar, even though we didn't use it.
I am not one to fearfully avoid getting into vanity products, I don't really care if it's tough or cool or not. Having a shower there was great as all the toiletries were by a local brand I hadn't heard of called Kevin Murphy. As I am from New Zealand I get into all the nouveau hippy natural stuff like everyone else, so since the pocketed products from the hotel ran out I have gone here. Cheap, easy and delivered to your door.
