We've been picking and mixing since we were kids. Back then, one of the best pick 'n' mix(es) was at Target. This was when the concept of 'paying by weight' didn't exist. You'd fill a big milkshake cup with lollies for a flat fee. (If you were game enough you'd also shove in a Mars and cover it up with Gummi Bears).
Things are different now. We've entered an age where an innocent ‘taste test' might get you booted out of the store. So just take our word for it, this is one of the best pick 'n' mix places in town. They've got five different types of bullets, three different types of coke bottles and liquorice that comes from Finland. Now that's some serious candy dabbling.
The store itself is flooded with imported goodies. Things like strawberry milkshake pop-tarts, chocolate flavoured Skittles, rainbow Twizzlers and even a Twix bar that is chocolate cookie and peanut butter flavoured. That's on top of all the simple pick ‘n' mixie stuff. Make a dentist appointment now.
