Some of you in Sydney may know that we (The Right Angle Publishing Bananas) also run a Rooftop Cinema in Melbourne. We do this because there's something great about watching a film in a completely different context. We're also obsessed by cinema experiences that don't condemn you to eating popcorn and drinking coke with a bunch of teenagers.

This coming month we are thrilled to be working with Ash Street Cellar (just off George Street) to help bring another city-centric film experience to life. When the sun goes down every Monday in March, the Ash Street Pop Up Cinema will screen a different film related to food. On the roster we have LIKE WATER FOR CHOCOLATE; THE COOK, THE THIEF, THE WIFE AND HIS LOVER; BIG NIGHT; CHOCOLAT AND THE DINNER GAME. FAST FOOD NATION this is not.
