You're down the south end of the city, on a mission for fake Ice Cream sneakers or whatever you just saw Kanye wearing. You're hungry and you want a quick, delicious, cheap meal. The obvious choice is that thing of beauty, the Chinatown food court.
With the seeming demise of Eating World, Sussex Centre is the reigning king of the food court scene. Most people come to try Luke Mangan's favourite laksa at Happy Chef, but sushi guys, rendang girls, crepe freaks, bbq duck heads and ramen junkies are all catered for. Take in a Sussex view that looks lifted straight out of Kowloon, wash your choice down with a Tsing Tao from the bar, then head back down the escalators for some serious impulse purchasing.
Ambience: Indoor
Difficulty: Won't hurt a bit
