The two hour cheese appreciation course, 'What Cheese is That?' promises to clear up common myths and misconceptions of the cheese world once and for all! Hmm, is 'cheese a kind of meat'? This will no doubt be on the agenda. Sure it's $90, but what price can you put on education?
