ThreeThousand is looking for a new associate editor. Pat's done an amazing job, but the United States Department of Homeland Security rang us and said we had to send him back there for 'testing', or something. We'll miss him a lot. Thanks a lot, USDHS.
So, do you love Melbourne? Enough to see the beauty in the most unhygienic drinking environments? Enough to drive to West Melbourne at 6am because someone told us there's an electric train at the vegetable markets called the Tutti Frutti Express? Can you multi-task like a MacBook Pro and pull entertaining adjectives (ahem, similes) out of thin air?
If you answered 'yes' to the above, you could be the next ThreeThousand Associate Editor.
Do you find yourself eyeballing beautiful people incessantly? Noticing the strength of their jaw, their sharp shoes and the unique shade of their eyes? Looking for an excuse to approach? Sydney's Six Wolves are looking for a Scouting Intern.
Your job will be a litle like Facehunter or The Sartorialist, scouting parks, café's and bookshops in search of Sydney's finest and most unique faces to bring to the books of Six Wolves.
Working for Droga 5 would be much better than working for any of them other Gruens. Their boxed bios suggest they're just a bunch of gambling pyromaniacs, motorcyling apes and tattooed drunks. But, gee they're smart, clever and award winning.
Droga5 Sydney is an advertising agency looking for someone with bottomless reserves of enthusiasm, great energy and a well-crafted sense of humour to join their posse.

But the real news is that they are hiring, and the associate producer position is very important.
Do you love Sydney? Enough to see beauty in the deepest basement at Gilligan's? Do you love it enough to drive to Blacktown or skate like Scott Baio? Can you multi-task like a MacBook Pro and pull entertaining adjectives, (ahem, similes) out of thin air? (Our current favourite is 'cold as a witch's tit').
Psst...
I heard Universal Favourite are looking for amazing designers.
I heard Universal Favourite are cooking for a freezing miner.

A word's shameful meaning refers to daughter spying.
If you understand that shoegaze isn't footwear-related and electro fringe ain't specific to tassels on lycra, then you could be Sound Summit's co-director for 2009!
